that the bus is Ex-BC Transit 644, a 1957 GM TDH4512 converted to a motorhome. It looked very nice! The owner was even there and he
showed us
the VS2-6 transmission that he retrofitted in there. Yes, you heard
me
right, a VS2-6 (2 speed overdrive transmission). He had to do some modifications to the engine cradle and add an extra flywheel spacer in between the 671 inline Detroit Diesel engine.
